Sign the Senior Tax Justice Act Petition

We the undersigned believe the time to stop the double taxation on our senior citizens is now.
Whereas Missouri is one of only 15 states that still tax the social security benefits of our seniors and,
Whereas those benefits are often times the only source of income for our seniors living on fixed incomes, and
Whereas the benefits of cutting taxes on individuals and returning more taxpayer money to the taxpayer promotes economic development,
We therefore believe now is the time to put an end to the taxation of social security benefits on Missouri’s seniors.
